Free-Throw-A-Thon

For the past few years, CYB has utilized a raffle for fundraising. However, recognizing the prevalence of raffles in other sports leagues, we've decided to take a new and innovative approach this year. CYB will be hosting a Free-Throw-A-Thon which will not only raise funds for the league but will directly affect player skill development. Fundamental building and skill development is really the focus of CYB above all else.

Each CYB player will be participating in a Free Throw-a-Thon, attempting 100 free throws during practice sessions. The goal is to collect $1 for every successful free throw, making each player's fundraising target $100. Again, this fundraiser directly impacts player skill development, contributing to fundamental building and skill enhancement in a way a raffle cannot.

The funds raised through this initiative will go directly to CYB, helping us manage registration costs, and supporting essential aspects like gym time and referee expenses. Your generous donations will make a significant difference in the quality of our program and the experiences we can provide for our players.

Each CYB player will receive a unique link via email. This link will be sent to the email address on file from registration. We kindly ask for your support in sharing this link with your friends and family, encouraging them to contribute through 99Pledges. All donations made through 99Pledges will go directly to CYB and play a crucial role in the success of our basketball community.
